Jesus shared in our humanity

God choose to be carried in the womb of a young women who came from a very humble and poor family, who lived in an obscure land occupied by brutal Roman tyrants. Jesus was born in a stable, his family was then hunted down by a power hungry murderous king and forced flee to Egypt as a refugee. He was raised by a earthly father who was a humble carpenter and who probably died while Jesus was a teenager. Jesus took on our humanity, God came and lived as one of us, he understands our pain, our sorrows, our hardships, our joys and our lives; He lived as one of us. What amazing grace this is!
